Reservation and payment schedule
A $150 deposit is required to secure your registration. The Balance will be payable in 8 equal installment payments beginning September 2016 through April 2017

• Documents
All of the information associated with the trip is collected and shared using electronic forms and email. There are no official traveler documents produced in association with the trip. Our contracts with the service and tour providers are not available to be shared with participating members.

• Privacy Policy - Our Use of Your Information
For the purpose of providing you with our services, including your flight, vacation or insurance, etc., we may disclose your information to our service providers.In order for you to travel overseas, it may be mandatory (as requested Government authorities at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose your information for immigration, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate.

We may collect and use your information for the purposes set out in our registration with the BVI Office of the Information Commissioner, and disclose the same to our “group companies” for business purposes. We may also disclose your information to companies who act as “data processors” on our behalf, or to our service providers operating systems or business functions on our behalf. These purposes include administration, providing services (and contacting you where necessary), customer care, improving our service, business management and operation, re-organisation/structuring/sale of our business (or our group companies), risk assessment, security and crime prevention/detection, research and analysis, marketing, monitoring, measuring and assessing customer purchasing preferences and trends, dispute resolution, credit checking and debt collection.

Some of your information (such as health or religion) may be considered “sensitive personal data” under the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect it to cater to your needs or act in your interest, and we are only prepared to accept sensitive personal data from you on the condition that we have your positive consent. By booking with us you also agree for your insurers, their agents and medical staff to disclose relevant information (which may contain sensitive personal data) to us in circumstances where we need to act in the interest of everyone in the group you are travelling with. For example, if your illness during your vacation is infectious we may need to make special arrangements for you and also ensure that you do not return with the group immediately. If you do not agree to Our Use of Your Information above, we cannot do business with you or accept your booking.

• Liability Statement
Neither Black Travel Movement, its affiliates, owners, officers, agents, or employees, shall be held liable for any act, default, injury (including death), loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience caused to or suffered by any person or their property, howsoever arising, which may occur or be incurred by any organization or person, where such act, default, injury, loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience may have been caused or contributed to by defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality under the control of independent suppliers. You further understand that if you purchase any optional activities that are not part of your pre-booked charter itinerary (including, without limitation, shore excursions and tours, however conducted, airline flights and ground transportation), these activities are operated by independent contractors; the contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the third party provider for such activity; the Company neither owns not operates the third party supplier; and accordingly, you agree to seek remedies directly and only against the third party supplier and not hold the Company responsible for their acts or omissions

• Changes and cancellation by our supplier
In the event of a cancellation or change by Black Travel Movement or our suppliers, all participating guest will be entitled to a full refund including the $300 deposit. 

• Refund Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and cannot be made verbally. The cancellation/refund schedule is as follows:

Your $150 deposit is non-refundable after June 30, 2017 if you cancel your trip 
90 days prior to departure date 30% of the total package price is non-refundable 
60 days prior to departure date 50% of the total package price is non-refundable 
30 days days prior to departure date 100% of the total package price is non-refundable 

All trip packages must be aid in full by April 15, 2017. Failure to complete your payment may result in the cancellation of your trip without refund.

• Choice of Law; Resolution of Disputes 
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, whether brought in rem or in personam, including without limitation any claim related to bodily injury, property damage or death, shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of North Carolina, USA in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then existing, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the controversy. This agreement to arbitrate does not waive or modify the liability release contained in this document. Such proceedings will be governed by substantive Delaware law. The dispute will be resolved by a single arbitrator who must be a lawyer admitted to practice in the courts of at least one state in the United States and have a minimum of fifteen years of experience in civil litigation. The arbitrator so described will be selected by the American Arbitration Association. Each party to the dispute shall have the right on a single occasion to veto the designation of an arbitrator so selected. The parties waive the right to rely on any state law or statute which creates an exception to enforcement of the requirement that disputes be resolved pursuant to arbitration in the manner set forth in this provision.
